After the 1913 Holly Hotel fire, proprietor Joe Allen installed a floor safe in the lower level of the Hotel. The safe was situated under the staircase and framed in place by the stairs. The safe is opened and unlocked and we (once) had the combination but it has since been misplaced. (A locksmith can retrieve the combination.) It is super-heavy and the buyer would have to arrange for removal and transportation (by appointment.) Certainly a one-of-a-kind..
