Nothing quite compares to the magic of the Holly Hotel at Christmas! This special movie, filmed at the Holly Hotel this past winter, centers around Kathy, played by Metro Detroit’s Jesi Jensen, who is happy with her life and career as a food critic in New York City. Her parents, the owners of the Holly Hotel, ask her to come home for Christmas. That’s when she meets a handsome police officer, played by Ohio’s Joe Kurak, which now complicates her situation.
This is a limited-production commemorative DVD available to Holly Hotel guests, friends and subscribers. All orders will be shipped immediately. Just a few left!

- [Holly Hotel, West Wall Salvage Brick, 1891](https://www.hollyhotel.com/product/holly-hotel-west-wall-salvage-brick-1891): We are offering a 130-year-old brick from the Holly Hotel fire (2022) with COA letter signed by George and Chrissy Kutlenios, Owners and proprietors since 1978.
On June 21, 2022, the Holly Hotel became collateral damage from a fire that began in an adjacent building. The "Arcade" was a complete loss. Extraordinary and heroic efforts were evident as our firefighters saved the Historic Holly Hotel from being completely consumed by the fire. While the entire west wall of the Holly Hotel was destroyed, the remaining three sides of the buildig is standing and strong.
We were able to salvage a few intact structural bricks from the wall as souvenirs. The rest became rubble as the wall came down. Each brick has a brass plaque and letter of authenticity, personally signed by George and Chrissy Kutlenios.
8" x 3 3/4" x 2 1/2", it weighs over 4 1/2 pounds. In used vintage condition. "Vintage condition" means that the item is not brand-new, is weathered after 131 years and having survived three fires. Each brick is unique and will show signs of age, wear, use and history.
The Holly Hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic places and Battle Alley is a federal and state-recognized historic district. As such we are dedicated to the preservation of the historic architecture of the Holly Hotel and hope all remaining structures and those being re-built on Battle Alley remain true to their original design. - Price: $75.00 
- [Holly Hotel 1914 Floor Safe](https://www.hollyhotel.com/product/holly-hotel-1914-floor-safe): After the 1913 Holly Hotel fire, proprietor Joe Allen installed a floor safe in the lower level of the Hotel. The safe was situated under the staircase and framed in place by the stairs. The safe is opened and unlocked and we (once) had the combination but it has since been misplaced. (A locksmith can retrieve the combination.) It is super-heavy and the buyer would have to arrange for removal and transportation (by appointment.) Certainly a one-of-a-kind.. - Price: $475.00 
- [HOLLY HOTEL Tiffany-Style Light Fixtures](https://www.hollyhotel.com/product/holly-hotel-tiffany-style-light-fixtures): Another way to own a piece of the Holly Hotel! These Tiffany-style ceiling lights were in the Holly Hotel at the time of the fire and are not being used for the renovation. All were made for the Hotel in 1978 and 1979 and adorned the first and second floor hallways and the President's Room. There are nine total fixtures and were working when taken down after the fire. Mostly soot and smoke covered but otherwise fine. About 24" in diameter. You can choose at pick-up time (by appointment.) - Price: $450.00
