Our "Fish Fryday" menu is priced at just $19.00 for Club Members and the "Fish Fryday" INCLUDES Dessert! The featured fish will change every week and we’re already planning to have Blue Corn Battered Ivory Trout, served with Parsnip Chips, Daikon Slaw and Okra "Pickle" Tarter! Fresh Grilled Rockfish, served with Pomme Frites, Minted Peas and Caviar Tartar Sauce is still one of our favorites. Any much, much more!

Dean began his comedy career in 1994 after being refused a refund for a comedy writing class. Faced with the choice of giving up the money or taking their class in stand-up, he took the class… and got an A! Certain that he was going to be the "next big thing", Dean quit a six-figure job (with Dental) and performed the first time for five people. Rejecting their pleas of "don’t quit you day job" he hit the comedy trail.

Eight years later Dean has performed at over fifty comedy clubs including the Improv (Dallas), Comedy Castle (Detroit), and the Laff Stop (Houston). He has been a guest on National ` Public Radio and NBC. In addition, he has done corporate work for the State of Texas, Ford Motor Company, and The United Way.

Dean Mink is one funny comic. He’s likeable, intelligent and his conservative look hide a real wolf in sheeps clothing. Truly a zany brand of comedy that will keep you guessing.

The Luck of the Irish or the Love of the Greeks??

Most of our customers know that I am Greek. And most know that my wife, Chrissy, is Irish. Years ago, a coin toss determined that we would be married in Ireland and not Athens. And, as luck would have it, we were married on St. Patrick's Day in County Cork.
