Consultation with our Chef required for this menu. Includes all
appropriate side dishes, house-made breads.
Buffets
at the Holly Hotel are special!
Unlike most restaurants, we DO NOT
use any frozen foods, additives or sulfites on any buffets. Every buffet
is created to your specifications after consulting with our Chef.
Sunday Brunch Buffets,
including fresh squeezed orange juice, three-egg omelettes, prime rib,
shrimp, smoked and poached salmon, salads, on-premise prepared pastries
and more is available for $19 per person every Sunday from 10:30 AM until
2:30 PM. Brunch and all other PRIVATE ROOM buffets are available at the
Holly Hotel and require a minimum of 40 guests.
Strolling Dinners and Service
Stations.
Each station is designed to offer a unique combination of creative
offerings. For example, our "Seafood and Champagne" station can
feature fresh shrimp, smoked salmon, scallops seviche and a premium
champagne. Add a "Carved Beef" Station and a "Sweet
Table" station and you have a unique atmosphere for an elegant, yet
informal party.

menus are individually designed. Please call for your appointment with our
Chefs.

A private party JUST FOR YOU is special
at the Holly Hotel! When you call one of our Special Event
Coordinators, you'll quickly find that we can arrange any size event from
your conceptual plan right through to spectacular desserts.
Our staff can arrange for flowers,
entertainment, limousine or horse and carriage service, wedding cakes, and
just about anything you can possibly imagine. And, of course, you
can rest assured that your meal service will be just as wonderful in our
private banquet areas as they are in our main dining rooms.
All Group Dinners include our Soup of the
Evening, Fresh Salad, Entree, Appropriate vegetables and/or potatoes,
house-made breads. No hidden charges, no room rental fees. Our Group
Dinner Menus are available seven days a week for up to 160 guests.
